Organon are recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator based at our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland**. **In this role, you will be responsible for the flow of product through the entire supply chain in relation to production planning, renewal, event management, and component procurement. The role encompasses the oversight of all activities required across the site and also looks across the end to end supply chain including the parts external to the site.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Documents, plans and co-ordinates manufacturing and/or packaging activities.
- Product ownership - tracking, flow & inventory levels of finished goods, intermediates and components/excipients through Organon supply chains and working with end to end planners and procurement to ensure optimum levels are set.
- Responsible for own compliance and ensures safety of self and others.
- Ordering of packaging components/excipients in line with agreed manufacturing/packaging plans.
- Responsible for agreeing pack or make frequencies to support customer service and inventory targets.
- Responsible for inventory held on site, ensuring any discards are minimised.

**Role requirements**:

- BS/BA degree or demonstrable experience in manufacturing industry.
- Ability to influence, often with colleagues and or suppliers/customers in remote locations.
- Pharmaceutical/ planning experience preferred.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- IT - use of an ERP system is advantageous, especially SAP.
- Decision making - method judgement and data driven.
