Organon is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Associate Specialist to join our Central North Europe Cluster (CNE) team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for supporting distribution and logistics activities for our cluster markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor interface transactions to ensure business continuity and perform root cause analysis of SAP issues and coordinate fixes.
- Support operational responsibility for all logistics-related tasks, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory reconciliation, stock adjustments, batch management, and temperature excursions.
- Assist with complaints and resolution management of damaged goods and late deliveries for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Review and compare monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and help the Supply Chain Team to ensure that 3PLs are exceeding said KPIs.
- Support in periodic transport lane risk assessments, including documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
- Develop local procedures (in compliance with regional and global standards) for the department to ensure our supply chain standards.
- Assist with webshop administration for the handling of promotional material, roll-ups, and convention booths materials.
- Build strong and professional partnerships with local and regional departments like Quality and Order to Cash.
- Support substitution of Logistics Specialists in the CNE cluster.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety requirements directed by Organon.
- Participate in various projects as a Logistic subject matter expert.
- Participate in the yearly physical inventory count.
- Engineer, Business, or Supply Chain Bachelor's degree.
- First years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or Customer Services preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain environment.
- Knowledge of IT tools, such as Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Fluent in English.
