We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team at the company's Head Office.
**Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting, providing excellent customer service to visitors.
- Receive deliveries, process out-going mail, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Scheduling and setting up of meeting and training facilities.
- Schedule appointments and meeting times.
- Undertaking filing, updating databases and general administrative duties as required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Displays integrity and maintains confidentiality when dealing with colleagues, staff and stakeholders
- Actively builds and develops relationships with colleagues, staff and stakeholders
- Takes personal responsibility for setting and meeting deadlines, following processes and procedures as well as managing / working as part of a team
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
- Reception / Administration experience desirable but not essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
