**We are searching for a Customer Care Advisor in Ashford, Kent. The role will be on site.**

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Outbound courtesy calls to customer base, monitoring level of service provided, obtaining feedback and monthly data to be provided to management.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and patiently within set SLA’s, to include enquiries on orders, late deliveries, faulty goods, bank details, settlements and invoice queries.
- Complete retention calls, working closely with the customer and Sales, resolving possible issues and promoting new products where appropriate.
- Administration of cancellation requests to include calculation of settlement fees, collection and suspension of devices and service.
- Arranging collection, delivery of items, working with customer, courier and logistics.
- Supporting Credit Control with enquiries to enable quick recovery of outstanding debt.
- Providing reports and management information as requested.
- Ensuring all calls are logged and closed correctly and notes and actions taken are clear and concise.
- All processes to be maintained and updated on the local knowledge base.
