THE ROLE

The Social Media Co-Ordinator will support the continued growth of the business, co ordinating social media content across all platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee, and manage all content creation and publishing for TikTok and Instagram reels platform, whilst supporting and assisting with the wider Meta, Twitter and Pinterest channels; with a combined reach of 1.25 million followers
- Co-ordinate and curate creative asset creation for social media channels utilising available content and in collaboration with in house teams in dynamic and exciting ways
- Lead and develop a focus on in house and external short form video content in a variety of concepts, producing engaging and innovative video content for all social media channels in house
- Continually develop social media strategy roadmap across all platforms to ensure fresh, relevant and market leading channels, taking ideas through from generation to planning, scheduling through to execution and review
- Oversee and lead the sourcing and communication of a diverse and brand relevant video/TikTok influencer roster and relationships, with a focus on high quality, innovative, and on-trend content
- Produce weekly, and monthly reports focusing on channel KPI’s and actionable insight with continual progress and Improvements in mind#
- Ensure commercial awareness throughout all social media activity by aligning product and content selection and curation with business priorities through trending and historical sales data.
- Own and develop the Disturbia ‘voice’ across all channels, ensuring our brand values are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with the Shoot Producer to brief and plan content required from external shoots for product releases.
- Alongside Management, develop brand awareness and online reputation.
- Maintenance of Social Media platforms at pre-arranged times outside of Mon-Fri working hours.
- Additional duties - as required.

WHO YOU ARE

You should be a fast learner and be dynamic in their approach as they will need to react quickly to ever changing environments.

Your ideal character traits are charismatic and confident, happy interacting with different audiences and peers.

EXPERIENCE
- Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Strong experience and understanding of mobile video production for Tiktok / Instagram Reels
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
- Highly organised and able to communicate effectively with all members of the team.
- Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogosphere relevant to the company’s field.
- Effectively communicate information and ideas in written and graphic format.
- Highly professional in both written and verbal communication at all times.
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Experience with photoshop not essential but an added bonus
