Primark is looking for a Planning Administrator to join our Planning & Space department, which manages the intake, stock, and availability of our products across all our stores. As a Planning Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and updating our Primark Store Replenishment System (PSR) to ensure all options are available for ordering
- Liaising with the Buying & Merchandising, Supply Chain, and IT teams to resolve any queries and issues
- Running and collating weekly reports on stock availability, option release, and grading changes
- Supporting the Depot and Intake Analyst and the Planning Lead with any data entry, administration, and ad hoc tasks
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- An interest or understanding of the clothing retail sector and merchandising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work at pace under pressure and focus on results
- A way with numbers and an eye for detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT systems
- Experience in planning administration, scheduling, or coordination is preferred but not essential
