The role will allow you to take full ownership over all the **communication channels.**You will cover both **internal and external comms**, with an initial focus on the external relations. The Role.
- Full ownership over the company’s internal and external **communications** activity calendar and budget.
- Confidently manage the business’s **media relations** activity and creates interest around company and its specific projects.
- Works closely with the internal communications specialist to oversea and improve internal messaging.
- Writes brand specific, creative and thoughtful **content**. Ensures the edit, layout and printing process complies with company directive.
- Constantly monitors the media, communication and social responsibility related to the industry and reports back where necessary.
- Manages **crisis communication** activities in line with the strategy and corporate policies. Is in charge of crisis communication, crisis communication policies, rollout and training.
- Develops and manages constructive relationships and communication partnerships with internal and external stakeholders of the company - mass media, business associations, PR/creative agencies.
- Drives the external and internal communications based on best practice and research.
- Implement new communications channels and processes and where appropriate utilise innovative, creative and impactful ideas.
- Supervise and coordinate corporate social media activity - content development, crisis management and creative approach. Liaise with Digital Marketing Manager on the social media strategy.
You will need.
- Proven track record creating, delivering and measuring high profile communications plans and developing strong digital brand presence.
- Relevant experience in communications or marketing.
- A portfolio showcasing your outstanding previous campaign experience and achievements.
- Demonstrable creativity, positivity and ability to converse at all levels of management.
- Solid experience across multiple digital platforms including analysis.
