About Enrych
Enrych is a national charity that has been supporting adults with disabilities for over 35 years, providing individuals with a range of services to enable them to live independently and enjoy life to the full. In addition to providing one-to-one support through our support workers, we also offer a number of community-based activities to reduce isolation and loneliness as well as personalised services to help individuals achieve their goals, eg digital and employability support.
Job Purpose
To provide predominantly office-based assistance to operational activities, you will be required to travel within the community with this role, and a full UK driver’s license is required. Our team of Service Coordinators are the first point of call for those seeking support, dealing with telephone calls and initial enquiries. Based in our office in Coalville, our team of Coordinators also cover a range of specialist tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Charity.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Deal with telephone enquiries at first point of contact;
- Work with the coordination team to ensure all clients have support as required (in the event of annual leave);
- Support the delivery of social and digital projects;
- Undertake social media communications across all social media platforms;
- Develop and maintain a range of marketing materials to support the promotion of activities and operational delivery;
- Update website as required;
- Work collaboratively with other local agencies to promote Enrych services and align support effectively;
- Work with the wider Enrych team to ensure that all support needs of service users are assessed and addressed.
- Manage records ensuring they are accurate and comprehensive;
- Research and develop new relationships which enable Enrych to grow the services it provides by working collaboratively to enable access into a broader range of services.
Person Specification

- Proven ability to problem-solve, work on own initiative and work to deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent IT Skills - full Microsoft Office experience - especially Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Experience of social media platforms;
- Experience of creating marketing materials;
- Experience of managing confidential information;
- Proven ability in diary management;
