**About the role**:
We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Works Delivery department. This team play a key role in supporting various departments within Works Delivery. As the department is ever changing, we are looking for someone who can adapt to a fast moving and ever evolving team with enthusiasm and a positive approach to ensure we deliver the needs of the business and these departments.
- Administrative and compliance duties including raising Purchase Orders, ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ID badges.
- During times of bad weather, you will be required to give support, this may mean working outside of your normal hours, duties and potentially location.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, and a passion for providing help and support to their colleagues.
- An understanding of safety compliance.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to analyse data and reports.

The ability to coordinate tasks to meet deadlines in a busy, but also exciting environment and be able to switch between work streams as required.
