Hours of work: 22 hours per week (part-time).
- Location: New Horizons SCMHT, Slough.
- Salary: Level 4, SCP 8 to 12, £22,777 to £24,496 (pro rata for part time employees).
- A local Weighting allowance of £1,002 per annum is also payable (pro rata for part time employees.
- An enhanced DBS is required for this role.

You will need to have:

- a recognised qualification
- ability to work within a changing organisation
- ability to work with staff and managers at all levels
- ability to provide supervision if required
- ability to work and contribute to a multi disciplinary team with the ability to motivate self and others
- ability to use IT packages, including Word and Excel
- ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English.

Your main accountabilities will be to:

- contribute to the development of effective CMHT business services, both internal and external, through establishing good customer relationships and by delivering high quality support services
- support the CMHT in the co-ordination and direction of corporate and/or directorate tasks and activities
- support the project work of the team / service, to prepare research material and collate data as required
- support the development of administrative processes and systems for the CMHT, to maintain such systems effectively and ensure data quality and accuracy
- respond to routine telephone and written enquiries on behalf of the CMHT as appropriate
- attend meetings, take minutes, circulate documents and follow up action as necessary
- support and oversee other staff as required
- provide administrative cover across the Directorate as required
- undertake any other administrative tasks or business support functions which are commensurate to the grade of the post
- support with the office maintenance schedules/contracts
- undertake a range of business support functions e.g., processing invoices, raising purchase orders, placing orders and processing expenses claims/mileage claims as necessary, maintaining and reviewing cost centre budget spreadsheets and providing budget monitoring information and co-ordinating monthly / weekly returns and rotas.
