TITLE:
PA - Regulatory

Title: PA to Regulatory, Legal and DM Directors

Reports To: Regulatory Director

Location: Slough

:
The role provides timely and accurate support to the Regulatory Affairs Director and team and ad hoc support to Legal and DM Directors. The primary responsibility is to support the Directors admin needs, supporting and coordinating various meetings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Payment processing for mandatory regulatory authorities as well as for consultants in the regions
- Contract management through the IT system - ICERTIS
- Organisation of complex travel arrangements at best quality and cost efficiency
- Organise, co-ordinate and attend local meetings/conferences, organise travel arrangements when required
- Deal with all routine correspondence and draft responses
- Provide full administrative support for PO processing, budget and invoice tracking and vendor set up management (typical POs per year approx. 30)
- Manage expenses where necessary
- General Admin and organisational matters for the team (e.g. office supply, new starters support)

Ad Hoc
- Other ad hoc admin / support duties, as required
- Provide Assistant cover within team for holidays/sickness, if required
- Oversees conference arrangements for REG team meetings and DM region, including booking accommodation, travel, visa support and being on site to support

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
**Education**:

- Educated to A-level or equivalent. Minimum Grade C GSCE/O-Level in Maths and English or equivalent.

Experience
- Minimum of 1 year as PA/ Admin to senior management levels
- Experience of supporting teams
- Experience in working in a pharmaceutical medical or regulatory environment is preferred

Travel: Travel may be required to support and organise off site meetings and events

- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapting work to moving deadlines
- Working with a high level of integrity and professionalism
