FOUR DAY WORKING WEEK

An opportunity has arisen for a proactive individual to join a fast paced manufacturing company. Working within a small team you will be involved in a variety of tasks within the Finance department. You will also support with general office admin.

Having the right attitude for this role is key, you will be naturally confident and be able to change to the demands of a fast pace role.
**The key responsibilities being**
Purchase ledger duties, processing of all purchase invoices and credit notes matching to purchase orders.

Submission of payroll reports to relevant departments

General assistance in the administration department, greeting visitors and answering telephones, assisting within other areas of finance as and when required

**To be considered for this role**

Previous purchase Ledger experience in a busy Accounts department processing high volumes of invoices

Previous experience of using Sage 200/accounting software is desirable

Ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders

Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure

Strong attention to detail

Able to work independently and on own initiative

Be able to work to strict deadlines

GCSE Math’s and English or equivalent

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £18,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
