Your role will be to assist with all commercial, procurement and financial activities of the project working closely with the construction and commercial teams as directed.
Over the course of your development, you will be given more responsibilities and eventually be able to carry out some activities with little or no supervision. Some responsibilities you will support with are:
Measurement and take-offs for Budgets and Estimating.

Drafting sub-contractor agreements and raising Purchase Orders.

Assisting with interim payment assessment.

Managing plant and labour budgets against forecasts.

Build relationships with design consultants and subcontractors to deliver quality projects.

Prepare and monitor Tender Packages and Procurement Schedules.

Attend meetings with the design team and with subcontractors.

Involvement with assessment of subcontract valuations and payment of supply chain.

To take a support role in the valuation process.

Assist with preparing the monthly cost and progress report for Interior directors.
You will be exposed to and involved in pre-construction, design, construction management and commercial management to build a better understanding of how the business operates.
You'll take on real responsibility, working on live projects, and learn key skills from the team.
