**Job overview**:
The People Information Systems Team provide a service for the whole of the Northern Care Alliance. We manage the Electronic Records Systems (ESR) which holds HR, training and payroll information for all the staff employed across the Trust.

We are looking for a new team member with well-developed IT and data inputting skills. Previous experience in an NHS administrative role would be a distinct advantage.

**Main duties of the job**:
We provide full training to team members. This is a job share and training will be done in the office over 6 to 8 weeks, and once signed off as competent there is the option for hybrid working home/office but in line with a rota.

**Working for our organisation**:
The People Information Systems Team is based at Whitney Court, Oldham. The office is close to the centre of Oldham and has good access to public transport links and there is an on-site car park.
