It’s a particularly exciting moment for this brand - they have a whole new team, exciting NPD around the corner and some serious brand and platform upgrades. But more importantly than anything else, they have customers who love their products, and know there will be many more as they generate more awareness and educate more pet owners. This is where you come into it
They’re looking for an exceptional Social Media expert to join their team and take full ownership of the social media channels.
You’ll be experienced, confident and join a great team who’ll support you fully. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll also work closely with the designer and our Head of Growth to share insights and create the best content.

**You'll be**
- Developing and implementing the overall social media content strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand's guidelines and business objectives.
- Managing the production and editing of high-quality and visually appealing social media content for both campaigns and BAU content.
- Creating engaging and impactful, fame driving social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Comfortable in front of the camera as the face of the brand in some of our content (and if you have a dog, they'll be the star of the show)
- Briefing the designers & creators to deliver truly inspiring, best-class content for all channels.
- At the forefront of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive a social -first culture within the business.
- Managing community management, building and nurturing the brand across social channels, ensuring that all social mentions of the brand are reviewed and responded to as appropriate.
- Monitoring and analysing social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven changes to the output of our channels.
- Owning the social content creation budget - this includes budget for influencers and content creators, as well as giveaways etc.
- Managing targets and channel execution to growth and brand goals.
- The key point person on all social and content for the brand, liaising with ambassadors and influencers.
**You'll have**
- A high degree of personal and professional familiarity with all social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube etc.
- A strong understanding of social marketing strategies with relevant experience helping to define and build brands on social at scale
- Significant experience in creating content - photography, videography and editing
- Experience managing social media channels and websites
- Experience working in data orientated organisations and able to confidently communicate customer and channel data at an executive level.
**Salary**: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
**Logistics**: London - Hybrid role, 1 day a week in the office
