**We are pleased to offer a part-tim**e opportunity for a**n experienced **administrator** to join the **International Partnerships Team** as **International Partnerships Administrator**.**
This is a maternity cover, job-share position within the Team which focuses on providing professional administrative support for the University, in relation to international partnerships.
This is a 21 hours per week fixed-term contract, which will be across 3 working days in the week - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (7 hours per day). The other part-time Administrator works on Monday and Fridays.
**About the Role**
The role will focus on administrative support for a range of international partnerships, including transnational education, student recruitment partnerships, and civic/governmental partnerships.
The post-holder will provide a high level of administrative support to the Head of International Partnerships, the Senior International Partnerships Manager, and the wider team. This includes managing and co-ordinating diaries, planning and organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and taking minutes.
The International Partnerships Team is an award-winning, friendly, and professional team comprised of eight other staff: the Head, the Senior International Partnerships Manager (line-manager for this post), three International Partnerships Managers, an Administrator, and two colleagues who are based overseas (in China and Malaysia). The post-holder will report directly to the Senior International Partnerships Manager, who reports into the Head of International Partnerships.
The International Partnerships Team sits within the International Office, alongside the International Student Recruitment Team and International Education Services. The International Office is part of the External Relations Directorate, which includes Recruitment & Admissions, Marketing, Communications, Development & Alumni Relations, and Public Affairs.
**About You**
- You will have a professional attitude to work and have excellent communication skills.
- You will have excellent administrative and organisational skills where accuracy is key; with the ability to prioritise work, manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines, often under pressure.
- You will be an experienced administrator and able to evidence your experience of working in a multi-function administrative role, preferably in a complex, large organisation.
- You will have the ability to liaise with a variety of contacts to disseminate information in a variety of formats and have an appreciation of the importance of customer service.
