Here at REFY, creator (influencer) partnerships are at the heart of what we do. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with at a leading Beauty company that celebrates diversity, self-confidence and self-expression.- As the Creator Partnerships Intern, you’ll support the Creator Partnerships team on the day-to-day operations of the channel, driving channel success through strategic creator partnerships. You will help position REFY as an aspirational leader in its field and support existing and new launches through partnerships. This role provides an opportunity to work with the team on the conceptualising, research, planning, outreach, negotiation, and activation of creator content, seeing the process from start to finish.- The Creator Partnership Intern will support gifting, influencer discovery, brief development, as well as social listening.**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:

- Supporting the Creator Partnerships team to execute a strategy that inspires and influences.
- Supporting the growth of an affiliate programme for creators through managing content briefs, content approval and ambassador sign off.
- Developing and building unique creator partnership briefs, that drive creators to create best in class content, ensuring REFY requirements are met in line with the strategy and goals.
- Supporting gifting programmes in global territories to drive brand awareness and increase coverage.
- Developing a robust understanding of the REFY persona and their lifestyle in key territories to inform creator partnership decisions.
- Collaborating with the PR team to execute best in class gifting strategies.
- Collaborating with the PR team to execute and deliver best in class PR boxes.
- Supporting the Creator Partnerships team in discovering new creators for upcoming and existing products.
- Have a key understanding of what is being said about REFY and who is talking about us to further build these relationships.
