**Overview**

As an Associate Creator Director at SocialChain, you'll help lead a team of diverse and creative individuals, comprising talent from various backgrounds across the social landscape. We’re a hybrid mix of makers, thinkers, writers, designers, and filmmakers united by our passion for crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Your role is pivotal in driving the agency's creative vision forward, inspiring excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

**Your Role**
- **Encouraging Growth**:
We believe in fostering continuous growth and skill development among our team members. As an ACD you'll play a key role in facilitating skill sharing and up-skilling initiatives to build a robust lineup of creators capable of tackling diverse projects. Encouraging vertical and horizontal growth is fundamental to our success.
- **Day-to-Day Operations**:
In your role as ACD, you are one of the senior leaders within the team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and output. This entails managing Senior Creators, multiple projects, and deadlines to maximize efficiency while preserving the craft and artistry of our work.

This is a role up your sleeves, get stuck in, hands on role - you will split your time between conceptual, strategic thinking, team leadership, mentoring and oversight, building client relationships, presenting and making the best work of your career so far.
- **Balancing Craft and Organization**:
You'll be tasked with balancing exceptional craft with organisational and fiscal considerations. Understanding the cost of generating great ideas and running a successful business is essential for the smooth operation of our capability. Building strong relationships with Client Services and Operations teams is crucial.
- **Alignment with CD**:
Collaboration and alignment with the Creator Directors (CD) is key to success. You and the CD are partners and will lead as a unified team, building a strong working relationship to drive the creative vision.
