If so, we have an opportunity for a **International Support Administrator** to join our **Sales team**

**The**Impact you will have in this role is**:

- Manage daily activity for major customers and distributors orders, order input, communicating stock shortages & advising of new delivery dates. Processing orders with warehouse to ensure delivery dates are met.
- Help senior administrators to manage forward and in season orders, stock delay management and cancellations
- Work closely with senior administrators and completing any ad hoc tasks in a timely manner
- Assist with coordination and delivery of all salesman samples
- Maintain database of all customers details and profiles
- Reinforce and act as an ambassador for the Regatta Group Company Values
- Maintain meaningful Personal Development Plan
- Take steps to constantly refresh understanding of best practice and knowledge of business performance

**As our future International Support Administrator you will have**:

- Excellent customer service experience.
- Experience of working in an international administration environment (export).
- Previous experience on D365 operating system an advantage but not essential.
- Strong work ethic & positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management.
- Strong data input and data analysis.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and able to juggle conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Adherence to Company H&S policies always.
- Responsible for keeping own work area safe and free from hazards.
- Adopts a “don’t walk by” attitude to health and safety.
- Ambassador of H&S practices.
