Job Description:


Our National Industrial and Logistics team are seeking a Team Administrator based in Manchester, to work alongside our Senior Lead Administrator to support the Head of Department and a national team of 25 fee earners.

This exciting role requires a keen and able individual whose skills and ability will include, but not be limited to:

  • Working closely with the Senior Lead Administrator order to ensure that all invoices, expenses, property listings, collating deal information and other correspondence are processed and completed accurately in a timely manner.
  • Preparing all documents in accordance with company templates and the style and layout requested by the originator.
  • Using Salesforce to an advanced level (training will be provided) as the main business management tool.
  • Fielding telephone calls and ensuring that messages are passed on as appropriate.
  • Ensuring that the electronic filing system is maintained, and that electronic scanning and filing is completed in a timely manner.
  • Organising travel arrangements and booking travel tickets for UK wide and international travel.
  • Processing expenses claims for team members.
  • Arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and ensuring that calendars are managed and coordinated effectively.
  • Any other task that may reasonably be requested.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Advanced typing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to take ownership of and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Willingness and desire to learn.
  • Must have a proactive approach and possess a flexible attitude to workload.
