**Angels Care Agency** covers a range of shifts in social care settings as well as providing Domiciliary Care in the Community, we seek out the highest quality staff to ensure our clients requirements are fully met. We are registered and inspected by the Care

Quality Commission (CQC). You will help to ensure that we always meet CQC’s essential standards and to always work towards an excellent CQC inspection result. We are currently seeking a **Care Co-ordinator **who can help drive current period of growth.

Ability to work independently and organise own workload without much supervision is very essential.

**Expectation**:
Recruiting and inducting new staff members Managing and supporting the staff team Managing the Rota to see that all calls are covered To step-in for emergency cover To manage clients’ accounts Communicating with family and care managers Care assessments, care plans and care reviews Supporting the staff team Managing day to day administrative duties. Managing external communications with the local authority and regulatory bodies Meeting CQC standards all times Innovative ideas to help move the business forward.

**As our Care Co-ordinator you will**:
be friendly, confident, and articulate, both in person and on the phone. have previous experience and relevant qualifications in Health and social care Desire for career progression Be energetic and enthusiastic personality Be a car user Be driven and highly motivated with strong social media skill Strong IT skills and efficient record-keeping Be able to devise and implement strategies for on-going staff recruitment.
