As a **Customer Service Advisor**, you will be taking inbound calls from our home and car insurance customers, being the first point of contact for any claims our customers want to log on their policy and being that helping hand to guide them through the process. During our busier times, you will be helping our customers who are experiencing mass flooding or extreme high winds. We see ourselves as one big team who take pride in what we do for our customers. This position is being offered on a **hybrid** basis to give you that work home life balance. Our Redhill office always has something on to engage our employees and bring some fun to the normal working day from Summer BBQs, Charity Days and even Christmas Activities to keep it a fun filled office. You’ll be expected to come into the office 2 days a week or 8 days in a month, what days you choose is up to you

**Working Hours**: Our Customer Service advisors work on a rotating shift pattern, 35 hours per week between 7am - 9pm over 5 days which will include Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.

We are taking part time hours into consideration (minimum of 21 hours and unsociable hours required). If you are contacted by a member of the recruitment team, this can be discussed further. Please note, our training period and any other training which needs to be completed during your time with us must be completed on full time hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm)

**Salary**: £21,521.50 - this is based on full-time hours.

**Induction & Training**:We’re offering 5 weeks fully comprehensive training for this role. It’s important to us that we give you all the material and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. If you are part-time, you will have to commit to the training period in full time hours.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by providing relevant and accurate information to every customer based on your professional expertise and training.
- Use your initiative as well as information resources available to provide the best outcome for the customer.
- Answer calls adhering to standard response times whilst ensuring accurate and timely completion of case notes, logs and diaries for each customer.
- Utilise strong attention to detail, remaining calm in the face of challenge to effectively help customers when they need us the most.
