**Main Purpose**
- Follow the agreed team processes.
- Responsible for the effective delivery of service to all internal/external customers.
- Participate in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the team as directed by the Team Leader.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Action invoices and credit notes in accordance with Accounts Payable processes and procedures.
- Send queries using electronic authorisation system.
- Continuously look to improve Invoice Automation rates.
- Liaise with Purchasing, suppliers, internal and external customers to resolve invoice queries.
- Continual review and update of internal processes and procedures.
- Working with the team to achieve set objectives/targets.
**Compliance**:
- Comply with the best practice for the team within Financial Operations.
- Participate in day-to-day operation of the team as directed by the Team Leader.
- Responsible for the effective delivery of service to internal and external customers.
- Comply with Service Level Agreements, Task Level Descriptions (TLD's) and Key Performance Indicators.
- Comply with the appropriate control and audit mechanisms in line with the Company policy.
- Liaison with internal customers, group finance, internal and external auditors and others as required.
- Deliver a strong customer focus and quality service as part of the team.

- Work closely with all other team members to ensure that Financial Operations is run effectively and efficiently and participate in the transfer of knowledge between all the other departments in FO.
- Ensure that the qualities of the Company's Finance services are always of the highest standard.
- Contribute to the overall achievement of the organisations aims and objectives.
- Ensure full participation at team meetings.
**Other Duties**
- The post holder will be expected to undertake any task consistent with the post that may be required by the business.
- The post holder will be encouraged to recommend and be involved in the implementation of process changes to deliver continuous improvement of standard processes.
