We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to lead our team of friendly and hard-working Business Support Administrators within the West Locality Social Work Teams. As a Business Support Team Leader your main responsibilities will be to line manage the Business Support Team and workflow, complete budget monitoring and work collaboratively across the Cumberland Locality Teams.

We are looking for someone who is confident and possesses the ability to work independently in a busy, demanding environment, with excellent organisational skills and an ability to use their own initiative.
