We are looking for an experienced **Customer Service Manager** available for an immediate start, on a temporary basis, for eight weeks offering an hourly rate of £16.00 an hour the role is based in Brackley working onsite. Key to the role isto support the team manager and customer service team with day to day activities from tasking escalation calls to all the administration involved with this busy fast based team.

**Key Accountabilities for the Temporary Customer Service Manager**:

- Taking direction on where to support in the business
- Collaborating with the team to offer high levels of customer care
- Working with SLAs and KPIs to deliver customer satisfaction
- Liaising with account and tenders' teams and BDMs
- Taking escalated calls, dealing with complaints
- PO management
- Contract renewals
- Supporting individual team members, on the job coaching

**Key Skills Required for the Temporary Customer Service Manager**:

- Strong team management skills
- Commercial office experience
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- A calming influence
- High levels of customer care including conflict resolution
- Confident communicator
- Proactive approach, takes ownership of a task
- Solid administration skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
