Junior HR Administrator

My client, who is based on the outskirts of Northallerton, is looking to recruit a Junior HR Administrator on a full time and permanent basis. The client is even providing a fully funded training for the CIPD Professional Development Scheme.
As the HR Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team and will have a comprehensive introduction to the workplace. You will receive support and training in a range of Human Resource disciplines. The client will provide you with valuable, practicalwork experience across all areas of Human Resources while supporting you to achieve a CIPD qualification.
You will be responsible;
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Assisting with areas such as Payroll, Recruitment and Selection
- Learn disciplinary and grievance processes along with remuneration and benefits
- Absence Management, Training and Development
During your time, you will be mentored by experienced Human Resources professionals who will encourage you to build upon your competences and skills as well as develop your practical abilities while you are with us.
To be considered you’ll need;
- You must be a confident individual possessing high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Getting it right first time attitude
- Positive approach and a commitment to providing a first class customer service
