**Job description**:
**Role**

We are looking for 7 Debt Recovery Agents to deal with the outstanding debt and action the debt recovery processes.

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for a subset of:

- Collection of unpaid levies or fines outstanding in line the Debt Recovery processes including inbound and outbound calling.
- Assessing and processing cases for court recovery through the required channels.
- Resolution of debtor queries received through various channels within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Hardship requests and payment plans.
- Reviews of cases and any associated write offs.
- Payments, reconciliations, and banking processes.

**Essential and Desirable Criteria**

**Essential**
- Knowledge and experience of Debt Recovery
- Experience of dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a Debt Recovery function
- Excel experience to an advanced level

**Desirable**
- Experience of processing claims through the courts in UK - Desirable
