**The Company**

With almost 20 years behind us, we are a leading British brand and rapidly expanding small family run business, positioned towards the high end of the architectural and decorative market. We make antique, reclaimed, vintage and contemporary wood flooring specifications, in addition to complimentary joinery and specialist finishing at our workshop in Heaton Mersey.

**Role Profile**

This is an office based role where the main duties are around customer service, administration, logistics, procurement and installation project management and **we require somebody who is a fast learner, is super organised and can think on their feet, with excellent communication, customer service and IT skills (bonus points if you have used Zoho CRM).**

**Logistics** - Arranging for the dispatch of samples and flooring orders, updating the CRM and spreadsheets, arranging for overseas collections and deliveries and ensuring all customs paperwork is correct.

**Project management** - Arranging site surveys, keeping all parties up to date with progress, arranging material deliveries to site, liaising with site managers, installers, architects and designers.

**Procurement** - Raising purchase orders, ordering from suppliers, keeping track of expected delivery dates,

We would also like you to be our environmental champion as we aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Within the next year we will be working towards B Corp and ISO certifications.

**Required Skills and Knowledge**
- **At least 5 years administrative experience.**:

- **Previous experience in a transport, import & export, flooring, joinery or project management role is highly advantageous.**:

- **Communication Skills** - Excellent communication skills are required for this role and the ability to deal effectively with the occasional difficult situation.
- **Customer Focus **- Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations and requirements of all customers.
- **Ability to ‘hit the ground running’** with mínimal supervision (although full training will be provided)

**Compensation**

Pay: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
