**Role Description**

This is a full-time office based role for an experienced Sales Negotiator. You will be responsible for communication with clients weekly and in person visits, providing excellent customer service, managing property listings, booking viewings and valuation appointments, obtaining detailed feedback and liaising with clients and where necessary acting upon the feedback provided, negotiating offers and agreeing sales. Once a sale is agreed keep all parties updated regularly and assist in chasing documents for the solicitors. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**
- Two years experience in estate agency sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation strategies
- Familiarity with the sales process
- Familiarity with AML processes & procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organisation skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of the local property area is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
