Here at GXO we are looking for a safety driven and experienced **QHSE** **Coordinator** to join us at our bustling multi-user site in Draycott. You’ll promote occupational health, safety and environmental awareness and site facilities and monitor that safety related functions, including risk assessments and training are being satisfactorily completed.

This is a permanent position working Monday - Friday, during office hours. However, being in a managerial role, we do ask for a level of flexibility.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£35,000** per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Develop and lead the site’s health and safety strategy
- Create and maintain the annual site Environmental, Safety and Health Management Improvement Plan
- Monitor on-site health & safety through effective internal audits, risk assessments, and regular training
- Facilitate the reporting and investigation of all near misses and accidents to ensure site safety
- Arrange H&S courses and meetings, producing materials and agendas as required. Manage H&S queries
- Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Proven health and safety management experience ideally with a strong LEAN background
- Member of a recognised health and safety institute
- NEBOSH certificate qualified (minimum) and ideally an environmental qualification
- Exposure to accident investigation, including full analysis and reporting
