Our client is an established venture capitalist firm looking to hire an Operations Assistant to join their team in London. The main function of this role is to see productivity, efficiency, and success increase across the firm. You will need to be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable using your initiative in demanding environments. If you are a team player with a can-do attitude this is the role for you This role requires someone who has experience in a similar role within the finance/professional services industry.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Complex diary management
- Travel coordination
- Organise and coordinate meetings; scheduling, catering, meeting room set-up etc.
- Manage all office subscriptions and renewals
- Internal and external event coordination; creating event programs, logistics, RSVPs, vendors, budgets, etc.
- Project support as and when required

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Experience in a support role within the financial/professional services industry is necessary
- Impeccable communication skills
- A critical thinker who is always looking for ways to improve processes and systems
- Demonstrable experience implanting change
- A hard worker with a thirst to succeed
