Working hours: Full-time/Part Time (4 days), 9 am - 5 pm - can be flexible on hours
Location: 3 days office, 2 days from Home.
**Salary**: up to £50,000 per annum

This role will be an integral part of our small, fast-paced HR Team at iHASCO. You will be crucial in supporting and coaching our managers with a wide range of ER issues and in devising and helping to deliver strategies to drive colleague engagement, learningand development, change and generally support business growth. You'll be responsible for managing our HR Advisor and as part of a small team, you'll also be needed to help with essential HR administration such as contracts and offers in their absence, so weneed someone who's not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when the need arises
- Work closely with the business to help drive our people strategy
- Work and direct the HR Adviser in reviewing and rolling out performance management
- You'll also support managers on a wide range of issues such as: investigations, disciplines, grievances, performance, wellbeing/absence issues and probation reviews
- ER guru - you'll be our go-to person for complex/difficult ER situations
- Compliance/business protection - you know how to implement HR compliance with the minimum fuss, bureaucracy and red tape - people will say, you make it easy.
- Devise and help deliver colleague engagement initiatives
- Support the management team and business to drive change and business growth
- Support internal communications to ensure they are effective and in line with our culture and values
- Help improve our onboarding of new starters/ induction process
- Review of reward & recognition schemes to help drive attraction and retention of colleagues
- Coordinating internal events and training with assistance of the HR Advisor
- Liaise with payroll to ensure colleagues are paid correctly
- Project work as and when required
- Support the delivery of training
- Help with Occupational Health referrals where necessary
What we are looking for:
- A strong background in dealing with a variety of ER issues such as probation reviews, investigations, disciplinary or absence issues, redundancy, TUPE, including note taking and ideally have led some ER cases from a HR perspective
- Experience of devising and implementing people strategies
- Proven change management skills
- It's fast-paced and always changing so you need to be up for the challenge, always ready to adapt and to get stuck in

CIPD qualification is useful (level 5 or 7), and we would consider providing support with further professional qualifications as well as providing in-house development training (as part of working for the Citation Group who provide Employment Law adviceand expertise).
