Eville & Jones is on a journey of change and modernisation. With plans underway to transform our traditional People function; we have invested in a new Learning Management System (LMS) that will be more accessible, engaging, and intuitive for our colleagues learning experience. We are seeking a Leadership & Development Systems Co-ordinator to play a key part in supporting the project lead with the implementation of the system and the project deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Leadership & Development Specialist in creating a roadmap of actions for a small project team to hit timely deliverable targets
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the new platform is progressing in a timely manner
- Support the L&D team to create guiding principles by which the new platform will be driven by
- Be accountable for integrating current systems (eg.SageHR) into the new platform
