CitySprint have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator in our Leeds Service Centre.

To support the Leeds Service Centre, to deliver an efficient day to day operation to ensure our fleet growth plans are supported in line with the strategic business plan whilst supporting the team to support and deliver a ‘Class A’ service to our fleet partners.

As a successful Fleet Coordinator, you will positively contribute to the success of Leeds Service Centre by proactively dealing with all day-to-day communications and queries that support the efficient recruitment of third-party courier partners ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

**The main responsibilities within the Fleet Coordinator role are**:

- Proactively supports the ‘end to end’ process to ensure all third-party couriers are supported through the recruitment process
- Effective upkeep & management of internal and systems and processes
- Ensures all paperwork and systems are maintained efficiently and accurately and in line with the business policy and process requirements
- Acts as a CitySprint ambassador always.
- Adopts and promotes ‘best in business’ and ‘Partner of Choice’ environment.
- Demonstrates awareness of escalating issues/concerns
- Has a strong understanding of recruitment processes in a high-volume environment
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external customers to reach mutually agreeable outcomes - whilst always putting CitySprint’s brand first
- Ability to build successful/strong stakeholder relationships across all functions
- Demonstrates effective time management skills and meets deadlines
- Demonstrates a desire to learn and develop
- Previous experience or working knowledge of recruitment processes
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
