MPA is currently work alongside a established accountants based in Omagh to recruit a Administrator.
**Office Duties**
- Dealing with clients/phone - you must record all callers to the officer, either in person or on the phone. Ensure you get correct name and contact telephone numbers for all callers if they have to be contacted
- Filing
- maintaing files, changing names, taking old papers out and storing in shed
- Maintaining the filing room
- Franking post and bringing to post office - updating franking machine with postage
- Photocopying
- Using payment card machine; doing daily back up
- Input Data for HMRC returns
- Support to Accounting staff
- Invoices - record new invoices on cards; file in unpaid invoice box; update mail merge for statements; take paid invoice out of unpaid invoice box; take paid invoice out of mail merge document
