Project Administrator

**Main purpose of the job**.
The Project Administrator (PA) assists the Organisation in the day-to-day execution of project related activities. The Project Administrator will have a sound understanding of the clients’ expectations and deliverables as well as the schedule requirements. The PA aims to help the team to achieve success. This a customer facing role.
**Key duties and responsibilities.**
- Generates and maintains KPI reports and project data.
- Communicates project data with the agreed regularity.
- Stores project data appropriately for the purposes of project auditing.
- Ensures that customer progress reports are completed on time and in full.
- Assists in meetings and minute taking.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION.**
**Essential criteria, experience and Skills**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent user of all Microsoft Office programs - Excel, Word MS Project and PowerPoint and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Good judgement and decision making skills
- Delivers results on time
- Acts as a positive role model for the organisation, fostering a climate of teamwork and development
- Strives to exceed expectations and requirements from both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrates a desire to enhance and develop their job knowledge.
- Customer service experience
