Omagh, United Kingdom Glenform Contracting Limited Full time

- Tracking movement of the company's equipment via software system.
- Managing the administrative functions of the Hire system to produce monthly invoicing to projects.
- Receiving and verifying invoices and requisitions for goods and services
- Entering invoices on to finance system
- Assisting with Credit Control
- All other accounts and admin duties as required

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.

**Qualifications/Experience**:
Experience with an Accounting Payroll Software Package.

1 Years Experience of Payroll would be advantageous however full training will be provided.

Meticulous record keeping & organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,759.00-£21,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
