**Title**: Admin & Business Support for **Angel Homes Children’s Homes Ltd**

**Location**:
Hybrid-Working from home & Children’s home (or as needed/directed)

**Reporting to**:
Responsible Individual and/or Directors

Job Purpose:
The key purpose of this job is to:
1. Support the organisation’s growth by primarily focusing on an employee’s journey with Angel Homes Ltd - from initial contact to past their employment date as applicable

2. Support the organisation’s growth by primarily focusing on all administrative duties as directed by the RI or Director, especially for the betterment of each home

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment and Staffing_

a. Ensuring that the homes are adequately staffed supporting the delivery of the expected quality of care, including organising and handling interviews, and so on.

b. Ensuring that all safer recruitment checks are completed in line with relevant legislations

d. Ensuring that you keep accurate records of all staff, including training, annual leaves, professional letters, contracts, job descriptions, references and so on.

e. Ensuring that all staff are suitably trained including keeping an up-to-date matrix and organising training for the homes, including collating all training agreements

f. Liaising with the home managers in verifying and collating the staff hours and timesheets, ensuring they are ready before the cut-off date to be sent off to the head office for processing

g. Maintaining the employees spreadsheet with relevant data such as staff sickness, probation dates, leaving dates, performance issues, rewards and achievements, yearly DBS checks, staff register (in accordance to the CHR)

h. Communication with recruitment agencies regarding fees and terms of business
- Business Support _

a. Support the Director, RM and RI as appropriately directed

b. Support the home with booking and managing relevant certificates including fire, health and safety, insurance, and so on

c. Facilitate and take meeting minutes as necessary, and distribution of approved minutes in a timely manner, including Director’s meetings, Manager’s meetings and so on.

d. Keep the training online hub updated with all training courses and appropriately reminding managers where deficiencies exist

e. Communicate with local authorities to chase invoices.

Additional duties and responsibilities
- Visit the homes on a regular basis, to understand the needs of the homes, and build better relationships with the managers
- Attend Director’s Meetings to provide and receive relevant updates
- Visit the homes to collect post and other assigned tasks as necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
