**Payroll & Accounts Administrator - Part Time**
**Location**: Peterborough office based near Woodston
**Hours / Days**: 20-25 hours a week - flexibility as to when the hours can be worked. For example, 3 full days a week or the hours can be spread across 4 or 5 days
**Salary**: £12 per hour
Our client is a leading home security company and have been installing home security systems since 1993. They specialise in Burglar alarms, CCTV & 24-Hour Monitoring, Fire Alarms, Security Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Access Control and Repairs and Maintenance.
The opportunity is to work as an integral member of the team and provide day to day support to the payroll and accounts function.
**Duties & Responsibilities of the Payroll & Accounts Administrator**:
- 2 x payrolls for approximately 70 people.
- Invoice generation
- Supplier payments and management
- Debt Collection
- Basic month end reports and preparation
- General accounts administration as required
- Previous experience in processing payroll and accounts administration
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Proficient within MS products
- Great attention to detail
- Strong Analytical skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Experienced in dealing with sub-contractors
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

- Peterborough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
