Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on behalf of our amazing client based 15 minutes outside of Peterborough. You’ll be representing a highly skilled organisation that specialise in Horticulture.

**You’ll be required to work in busy environment with the following duties**:

- Preparing invoices for payment runs as instructed by Head of Finance
- Posting all purchase invoices and credit notes onto the accounts system
- Assist with export documentation
- Obtain the monthly postponed VAT documentation
- Reconcile and post the monthly credit card transactions
- Filing all invoices for payment in invoice order and all paid invoices in supplier invoice files
- Order any purchases from Amazon as requested
- Maintain the stationary cupboard and complete necessary purchases
- Must have purchase ledger experience
- A good working knowledge of excel and word
- Must have ability to enter data accurately whilst working under pressure and achieve deadlines at peak times of the year
- Use of SAGE 50 **BUT**200 would be preferable
- Must have reliable transport

**This role is a Monday - Friday role 9-5 in the office. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to help different areas of the business alongside some reception cover when needed.**
