**Purchase Ledger Assistant**

Due to expansion within the business my client a leading company are currently looking to recruit a **Purchase Ledger Assistant **to join their team.

**The Role**
- Recording purchase invoices
- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly
- Ensuring invoices are approved before the relevant payment deadline
- Carry out statement reconciliations
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and company expenses
- Assist with cash management
- Other ad hoc duties deemed relevant by management

**Essential Criteria**
- At least 1 year (+) experience in a similar role
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Previous experience in working within CIS (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Highly motivated and a positive attitude towards work

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dungannon and South Tyrone, County Tyrone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
