As AstraZeneca prepares to open its new Research & Development Global Headquarters in Cambridge, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Cambridge Operations Team and assist on this landmark programme We’re working on one of the biggest construction projects in the UK, facilitating occupation for over 2,000 people, and delivering a ground-breaking facility that will enable critical science breakthroughs of the future. With science at the very forefront, we’re creating life changing medications, and pioneering the next wave of drug delivery.

**What you’ll do**
- Support the Customer & Site Services Programme Office team, including Business Continuity function.
- Coordinate key partner visits around the Discovery centre (DISC) and other sites around the AstraZeneca estate, to facilitate occupation and exit activities across our sites.
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple key stakeholders across the business, to achieve desired outcomes throughout the programme.
- Support the planning and delivery of internal engagement activities with key stakeholders and end users.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Track project changes working alongside our project teams, including the coordination and resolution of actions and risks as they relate to critical workstream sessions.
- Support, track and progress against required budgets, following up with budget holders to ensure accountability.
- Collate detailed inputs from business and workstream leads to support production of reports or analyses.
- Lead small sub-projects or activities under the guidance of the PMO/ Cambridge Operations.
- Deliver other project activities as required.

**Essential Criteria**
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within multiple project teams.
- Proficient in working with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a similar role working within and supporting projects.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment involving changes to priorities and schedules.
- Good written communication skills, and the ability to communicate optimally at all levels.
- Able to build and maintain processes to work efficiently for both self and others.
- A self-starter with high levels of drive, organisation, energy and resilience with ability to take the initiative.
- A keen interest in a Project Management career, with a view to develop further on this career path.

**Desirable Criteria**
- General understanding of equipment databases, familiarity with room drawings and packages E.g. CAD packages, Navisworks etc.
- Competent in working with Microsoft Visio
- Ability to liaise across a diverse stakeholder group, including building contractors, science users and engineers as well as non-scientific audiences and external collaborators.
- Willingness to carry out additional project activities as required.
