An exciting opportunity has arisen within Sitec Infrastructure for a Project Coordinator to join our busy team based at our Waterbeach office in the north of Cambridge.

As a Project Coordinator you will assist to deliver ongoing Coordination work within the team. Day to day work will vary from Rams production to tracker updates and uploads.

The main duties are:

  • Maintenance of project data and files
  • Allocating project tasks, monitoring and reporting on progress and chasing for updates where necessary
  • Responding to client requests for information
  • Raising requisitions for purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers
  • Preparing work packs for engineers
  • Assisting the Project Manager with the tracking of project finances
  • Requesting and tracking Streetworks notices and permits
  • Preparation of underground statutory (stats) packs
  • Coordination of production of asbestos sampling reports

Experience & Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow administrative processes and to identify where processes can be improved
  • Professional and confidence to take ownership of issues and solve problems
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods and when against tight deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and experience of working with project finances
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office especially Excel, and other IT applications
