**What will I be doing?**

In this role you will be key to co-ordinating the claims process and will play an integral part in supporting the progress of our customers claims. You will deal with a variety of enquiries including contact from insurers from insurers and engineers to support the assessment of roadworthiness of vehicles, liability information and assessments of accident circumstances. You will form strong relationships with these third parties and understand and facilitate the claims journey.

- To provide support to other claims departments where necessary
