**What will I be doing?**
Within this role you will support our customers with the reporting and handling of claims including reviewing vehicle damage and helping to make assessments on the liability by investigating damage details and accident circumstances. As the first point of contact for customers reporting a new claim you will provide excellent customer service and reassurance to guide the customer through the process. You will also form relationships with third parties including repairing garages, insurers and other accident management companies to support the claims handling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the first notification of loss ensuring all relevant information is captured to fully progress the claim.
- Provide support to the management team by delivering the best performance you can in line with objectives, SPI's and SLA's.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from/to customers, third parties, brokers and accident management companies in a professional manner.
- General Claims Administration
- Adhere to company/regulatory processes and procedures.
**Claims Advisor

**Working Hours**: Full time - Permanent - 37.5 hrs per week
**Salary Package**: Various pay grades available dependent upon the role
**Benefits**: Paid overtime at £20p/hr, Monthly Lottery Scheme (jackpot currently £1500.00+)
**Place of Work**: Carolina Court, Doncaster, DN4 5RA (On Bus route, approximately 1 mile from Town Centre)
