**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience._
Working within a busy Legal Services Team, line managed by the Legal Services Officer and accountable to the Lead Nurse Patient Safety & Quality. The post-holder will be required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders including but not exhaustive of secretaries, medical records staff, NHS Resolution and the Trust’s appointed legal advisor.
Duties include but are not restricted to:
- Administration around Safeguarding requests
- Following up requests for claims & inquest information from Trust colleagues
- Assistance with the Disclosure of records process (predominantly admin)
- Records retrieval
- Photocopying
- General Admin Duties
