We’re on the hunt for a talented Administration Assistant to join our Towergate Riskline office in Croydon providing a high level of administration support to the Trading Teams.

In this role you will provide administrative, credit control, claims and audit support to the trading teams as well as interacting directly with insurers, customers and 3rd party providers both over the phone and via digital communications.

**What you will do**
- Provide administrative support to trading teams
- Update customer records with relevant details
- Undertake credit control activities including reconciliation and debt management
- Answer queries received into the team mailbox, providing advice and information to internal and external customers
- Send out corporate documents on time and efficiently
- Run system reports as requested

**Who we are looking for**

This is an opportunity for an organised individual with a keen eye for detail who can prioritise their own workload and assist the team in managing theirs. You will be computer literate and have experience of using both Microsoft Word and Excel. Ideally you will have previous experience in an administration role. Previous experience of Insurance would be ideal but not necessary.
