We are a leading recruitment and Outsourcing firm working alongside a fantastic Local Domiciliary Care Client based in Bedford. We have an exciting new position looking for a HR and Compliance Coordinator.
- Responsible for supporting an existing team and business in meeting all Compliance deadlines
- The first point of contact for any HR and recruitment enquiry
- Supporting the team with all compliance safeguarding, safer recruitment, health & safety, and data protection
- Coordination of the recruitment process
- Onboarding new starters
- Providing advice and assisting with any HR and training issues, including legal and ethical compliance

**The Individual**
- An individual with compliance and recruitment experience
- The HR and Compliance Co-Ordinator will hold a relevant CIPD qualification (preferred)
- Computer literate especially using excel spreadsheet and other systems
- Audit experience
- Have good understanding of UK employment law
- Have good understanding of work Sponsorships and how that works
- Be hardworking and dedicated

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
