Our client based in the centre of Gloucester have a brand-new permanent opportunity to join their hardworking and friendly team.

**Responsibilities/Duties;**
- Supporting the Managing Director in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Playing a key role in business development and securing business.
- Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with enquiries.
- Making daily follow up calls to past enquirers.
- Making daily account management calls to past customers.
- Co-ordinating the booking process from initial enquiry through to attendance on the course.
- Setting up new events on our training company specific CRM system.
- Ensuring that all online and offline systems are accurately kept up-to-date, including the booking database and marketing system CRM system.
- Liaising with trainers to ensure they have all the information they need to deliver the course successfully.
- Setting up Zoom training courses and hosting the course.
- Booking remotely invigilated examinations with the awarding body.
- Dealing with invoicing for course bookings.
- Contacting the course booking person after the course to ensure everything went well.
- Previous experience within a training or reservations environment would be desirable
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, but also confident to work independently and ask for instructions when unsure

**Hours-** Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm

**Salary-** £22,000 +Bonus and 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
