**About the Role**:
We're seeking a Cash Data Reconciliations Clerk to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to collect data from payment provider portals and reconcile sales/refunds against cash received. You'll also be responsible for formatting data in MS Excel, importing data into ReconNET system, and assisting with the production of the weekly transaction cost forecasts. Additional responsibilities include posting journals to Sage X3, investigating historic deferred income balances, and other adhoc requests as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong MS Office skills, with a good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work with attention to detail
- Experience using Sage is an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work to tight deadlines
- Pleasant personality and ability to work effectively in a team and open plan office
- Keen to learn and progress in a career in accounts
